My visit with my daughter to find a senior prom dress turned into a cautionary tale. While the store has beautiful dresses, the staff’s behavior completely ruined the moment. My direct feeling and conclusion was that the "customer service, staff clothing/attire, and break room conversations were unprofessional and inappropriate." Clerks did not help my daughter into or out of a single dress, despite her trying on five. We essentially had to run our own dressing room session while overhearing loud, unprofessional chatter right behind the curtain. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage customer service because, for such an important purchase, receiving no help, no recommendations, and no professional courtesy is simply unacceptable.<br>Customer: I am calling about a terrible in-store experience I had yesterday. My daughter and I were completely ignored while trying on dresses for her prom.
