I have to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning to others. What looked high-quality on the screen turned out to be a major disappointment upon arrival. I felt instantly ripped off. My direct feeling and conclusion about the item I received was simply:
Tacky
. The poor quality fabric and strange fit were completely unacceptable for the price. I felt compelled to leave a review and immediately reach out to customer service to demand a resolution for this misrepresented product.
Customer: I need to process a return immediately. The dress I ordered arrived today and the quality is nowhere near what was advertised. It’s cheap, poorly finished, and honestly just awful.
